I paid, I was arrived at 9.01 pm. The door was close, not possibility to comunikate. The 1 telephone number doesn't exist. The 2 number for Emergency not answered . There was a ring. I try until 10 pm. Nothing. I search an other hotel. I paid the second room for the same night. Ok I arrived 1 minutes after. On the door they wrote : reception open until 9.00 pm. But it is not possible not answer on the Number of Emergency for 1 hour. Stefano Amedeo

I paid 51 euro. I try for 60 minutes I tried to enter in the hotel. Not possible. They telephone number was close. The ring not had a answer
