お風呂は少し狭いですが あの価格で温泉にゆっくりつかれて 朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 スタッフの方も皆様丁寧で優しかったです。

脱衣所が狭く、床が濡れていて少し気持ち悪かったですが外国の方も多かったので 仕方ないとも理解しています。

there was nothing special to write about. Complimentary water maybe. The shower was very powerful.

Room was dusty. Room was noisy due to poor sound insulation. Pillow provided was unusable as it was filled with beads and was way too hard. Although they allow guests to choose there own pillow, they soon run out and many are left with the default, which was obviously unacceptable. I got no sleep the first night. I came here to sleep, but couldn't. That isn't great. They offer a complimentary breakfast. It isn't very good, espically if you don't eat meat or dairy. Strict vegans would be screwed. Everything is preprepared food, reheated. Not much effort really went into creating fancy dishes. I would have rather payed extra for quality food. This one is super minor- I come to a hotel to relax, I don't want to have to memorize a 6 digit pin to enter my room. I swipe card is a much better user experience.

Friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast.
