Compact but comfortable As a business trip stay ∙ Tables for easy computer work in the room and on the first floor ∙ Comfortable sleeping arrangements (pillows, large baths, supplements, etc.)

I'm not particularly concerned about it.

Excellent breakfast & location

We booked a twin room for 2 people but the room was too small...not big enough for both of our luggage. The supposed 2 single beds were actually a double bed with 2 mattresses & 2 sets of bedding. One side of the bed was against the wall so getting in & out was difficult. Also that side had no bedside table or room to put personal items. The room would have been perfectly adequate for 1 person but not 2. We had booked for 4 nights but moved somewhere more suitable because of the cramped conditions & inadequate lighting. We felt that the room had been misold!

The staff was very kind and friendly, also the area was well located near the Hirose-Dori metro station and ten minutes walk to the Sendai station The opportunity to buy/lend umbrellas on rainy days was a nice service from the hotel.

I had not the chance to open a window or to watch out the window because the shutters were fixed The bathroom had a nasty stair between the room, which has a high risk to get injuries especially if you have to go toilet during the night
