From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed and experienced hospitality at its finest. A special word of appreciation for Mr. Akshay, who was a constant pillar of support throughout our stay. His proactive attitude, ever-helpful nature, and prompt assistance with every small or big request made a lasting impression on us. It is rare to see someone so committed and attentive — he was always on his toes, anticipating guest needs even before being asked. Mr. Vishnu's polite demeanor, clear communication, and readiness to help with any queries gave us a sense of comfort and trust right from the beginning. We would also like to express our gratitude to Mr. Machindar from the hospitality team. He served meals with utmost care and humility, always checking in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The food itself was delicious and served in a timely, hygienic manner — a reflection of the team’s high standards. The property is well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located. Basic essentials such as tooth paste was not available. Towels quality could have been better

Excellent, except the hot water supply issue. We had to take bath at 3 AM in the morning, we even informed about hot water issue. But they couldn't provide hot water.
