Hotel Tantzi

Struttura in posizione comoda,camere spaziose dotate del necessario ma datate. Sistemazione buona nel complesso se non si hanno grosse aspettative.

Personalmente darei una rinfrescata ai locali perché l odore è piuttosto stantio.

Hotelul este bine amplasat in centru aproape de Parcul Ghica, Cazinou, Manastirea Sinaia si Castelul Peles. Se ajunge repede la aceste obiective turistice pe jos in drumetie sau cu trenuletul. Zona este foarte linistita. Personalul amabil si atent cu toti turistii. Hotelul este prevazut si cu restaurant unde poti servi masa in conditii excelente(curatenie, mancare buna si personal amabil). La receptie sunt intotdeauna oameni foarte amabili fapt pentru care revenim mereu cu placere in aceasta locatie. O recomandam cu toata increderea si altor turisti.

Nu avem nimic de reprosat. Totul a fost perfect.

Exceptional value for the price, exceptional location, staff very helpful. Remember that it is an old building with old facilities, mostly functional and not especially beautiful. It was the second time I stayed there. Right in front of the central park, everything was at hand. The room was large (I think that they actually gave me a suite/apartment instead of a double room) and clean, it had an acceptable TV set, good bed, large wardrobe, and a large fridge. It wasn't new or spectacular at all (he who wants elegance must pay almost triple for that in one of the four stars hotels...). No problems with the noise during my stay. I did not have breakfast in the restaurant so I can't comment on that. The gentleman at the reception was (again) very helpful and nice. Parking may be difficult (IF you find a spot on the street it is about 6 euro/day, but there are other private parkings that help). Overall, I shall come back ...

Non smoking rules must be more cerefully inforced on guests, there was a discrete scent looming in some places that may be uncomfortable to more radical non-smokers...

Very nice staff. Close to the city center. Own restaurant just under the rooms. Good rate price/comfort.

This historic building has a really nice architecture and the rooms are spacious, with large windows and nice room layouts. Curling stairs and the intricate balcony adds to the rooms charming feeling. Everything is clean and well maintained. Most of the furniture is new but this is not necesarily an advantage as it looses the vintage feeling they used to have with the rattan furniture. The personnel is wellcoming and nice, just like the hotel.

I did not appreciated the replacement of the rattan furniture with the newer style furniture. But this is only a disadvantage if you knew what was was there before.

Too old, clean, but needs renovation.
