I liked the location and view of puget sound.

The decor was cold and stark. It did not feel cozy. There was no art work in the gray room. We have enough gray in this area.

The view is amazing. The valet personnel and front desk personnel were friendly and efficient

The hotel was very nice. Our view was amazing from our room. We loved being able to walk to many different restaurants right by the hotel. The room was always kept extremely clean and the housekeeping girls were always super friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a couple of superstars working their. We were fortunate one of the managers helped us one morning and he noticed us the next day in the hotel and made a point of talking to us.

We were disappointed when the valet didn't even help us get our bags out of the car. We even had to go get a cart for our suitcases. The towels were like sandpaper. The restaurant was ok. One morning we were treated very rudely because we didn't have reservations, even though there were multiple available tables. After pointing out the multiple available tables we were given one of those. Still not sure what the deal was with reservations. Very disappointing that a hotel of this caliber doesn't offer room service.
