Great view and nicely built architecture

The room was full of bugs. There was no TV or coffee machine as listed. The kitchen stayed locked and only opened after 9 a.m., which was very inconvenient. Not recommended.

Beautiful resort style hotel, with indoor and outdoor pools, garden and magnificent views. Comfortable beds, good pressure shower, everything was very nice, including staff

Only thing I liked was the external property . The owner seemed like a nice person.

They Offered us a room with Mold in the toilet. The second room they offered was on the 4th floor without a lift and we were travelling with an infant. They made us run around for 2 hours before giving us another room only because we asked for a refund. They were plenty of Clean decent rooms available but they choose to put us through hell. The staff are not trained, the front of House of have don't care about their customer comfort or experience. Besides the external property Everything else was sub standard for what we paid. Food is as expensive as the Telegraph hotel and the Raddisson Tsinandali which are 5 star properties we stayed and ate in and no where close to that experience. They do not have children's menu. They offered us one of the dirtiest room they had. There was not an apology from the front of house when I told them there was mold in the bathroom and not fit for us to stay in, they told me that no one ever complained. There was no tea and coffee in the room or telephone. Poor service from the front of house and some of the staff in the restaurant they seemed so disinterested. Its a family run business and I completely support that but the staff need to be trained so that people who stay have a good experience. I was trying to upload photos but for some reason its not working. I'm in Hospitality for the last 22 years and this is the kind of experience you get in a 100 Gel place.
