Good location, spacious room and clean

The service is poor, we stayed two nights but they didn’t make up the room!

the restaurant was once a reference in Tulcea, not anymore, quality and waiting time. cherry on the cake, 10 pm lights off like the old "good" times, you can't even stay on the terrace to finish your drink. also the parking is now paid and you can't make it through the reception. the kerb in front of the entrance free of charge

location of the hotel, clean, frendly personell, rooms give much better impression that the outside building picture/first impression

had reserved for 5 persons ,confrimation came only for 4. But (very positive) personell reacted and from the second night they installed the missing bed (for additional fee); thank you!. I requested also side by side or oposite rooms, it was confirmed, but finally rooms were only on the same floor.

Close to center and Danube,very clear,nice room,nice staff,very good breakfast

It doesn t have its own parking unfortunatelly, the space where you can park,near the hotel is ownd by the council and it.s not for free
