"Normal for non tourist area"

Hotel located on the border between industrial and living area of the city Tulcea. It’s located on Main Street heading to the city center. Walking 1-1.5 km by well renovated street you will get center in 30 min. Regarding hotel: room is clean. Air conditioner (central) not well working. Due to this I’m not use it. Keeps open windows, mosquitoes net available. Reception on the first floor , but nobody there. Go to the 3rd floor Sky Bar, they will provide you room. Room door keyless. Using pin code. Code simple, very clear to understand code from another room. Safe is not available, so most valuable things I keep in my backpack and carry with me. During my stay no any party (weddings or other) has been, so it was quite in the room. Room are on the 2nd floor. On 3rd floor Sky bar (see my evaluation). On the 1st floor roundball for wedding party. Personnel is very friendly and polite. Knowledge of the English language on the very minimum level. To avoid misunderstanding I’m using translator in my phone. Generally all good.
