"Fine for a night or two before a tour"

Central location and big rooms

The wifi isn’t great and the showers filled with water because the drain was blocked and smelt a bit.

"It wasn’t the worst, but for the $22 a night I paid I was a bit disappointed."

The location was great - just a few minutes walk from the market. The rooms were spacious and the hot water was really great in the showers.

The property page on booking is misleading: it says there’s parking, but it’s not until you check the fine print on the reservation that says the parking is paid parking around the corner. Also, it says you can pay by card with a fee, but when I tried to pay with card the guy originally said it was impossible. He only relented when I said i had no cash and really NEEDED to pay with a card, and that booking said I could. He was very begrudging when he had to pull out the card terminal.

Breakfast was included as well as late check in. Also the terrace in the roof was nice

The room was somehow the coldest place in the entire hotel. There were no windows either in the shared room

"Nice stay at La Torre. We had two very comfortable nights and nice breakfast"

Comfortable beds. Nice warm shower. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Nice room with a lot of space. Convenient that the tour office is located in the hotel too.

It was a bit cold in the room.

Great location, decent breakfast and very friendly staff. They also take care of your laundry for 12bob/kg

No heating so it is cold in the hostel (but this is a recurrent problem in Tupiza)
