Dear guests of the city of Uralsk! If you want to save your money and your nerves, choose another hotel, if possible.
Firstly, I booked three suites for three days almost two months before arrival, in fact there were only two of them.
Secondly, upon arrival, we informed receptionist that we will extend our stay for another one day and moreover, we booked these two suites for one more day, in fact, after three days we got one suite only, and they said that it was booked by another visitor.
Thirdly, please, check the condition and tightness of all electrical appliances, shower doors, switches, everything. Because on check-out , suddenly , they discovered that the lid of the electric kettle was broken, the floor towel was dirty and for all of these we have to pay.
Fourthly, no one from the hotel staff informed us in advance about the shutdown of cold and hot water. At the same time, according to available sources, it was announced through the official channels. Therefore, I had to go to a meeting more or less clean. And in the evening, I had to passed rusty water in shower , from where, I suspect, stains appear on the floor towel.
Fifthly, when all the problems listed above appeared, they scornfully refused to agree on their solution with the owner of the place given above. Elena, the administrator, did not show herself as an administrator in any of the questions, especially having thrown off all her direct work on the girls from the Reception.
Sixth, the breakfast is very weak. The service in the restaurant is very slow. When ordering, in advance, certain food , upon the fact of its absence.
And finally, the cockroaches became the apogee of everything !!! Everywhere!!!!
