Nothing at all

The most horrible experience I ever had while staying at a hotel. I arrived late at hotel by 8 PM. Was very tired and my son was sick. When we checked in, the room was very hot as it was not used since long as it looked, then the A/C was not working, staff said it was due to remote and settings - they did something and told me it start cooling now. After two hours, I told them it still throwing out hot air. Then they said they will shift me to another - which was in a pathetic condition. I told them to find another room. Then they said they will talk to manager and he said, if I didn't like the room, I can check -out? seriously? at 11 PM at night..... They did nothing, but myself and son had to open up the windows and sleep in that hot room....sweating all night. Such properties should be black-listed from Booking.com and Booking.com should arrange full refund of my money....

Hotel was clean and tidy

AC cooling was very poor. Informed the same to the hotel staff in the midnight. Though he was able to arrange another room it was the same condition in the new room hence had to take the originally booked room which was far better. Rest everything was good.

Room service is very very poor. Tea will be served after 8 am..Atleast they can keep one kettle with tea /coffee/milk powder to make tea in the early moring.
