Sanitäre Anlagen wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt, Betten wurden gemacht, Frühstück war ausgezeichnet

Die Endkappe am Föhn hat gefehlt und die Dusche war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig

Das Personal war sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war kleiner was Wurst u Käseauswahl angeht. Säfte wurden nach Wunsch geliefert, früher stand schon alles da. Der Aufzug war defekt, das Treppenhaus ist im EG nicht ausgeschildert und sehr schlecht zu finden.

Das Frühstück und die Lage ist als GUT zu bewerten, es gibt genug kostenfreie Parkplätze und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

Wenn alle Gäste eigecheckt haben, ist kein Personal mehr vor Ort, um die Probleme zu lösen (z.B. fehlende Pflegeartikel im Bad oder Kaffee im Zimmer). Für die ausgesperrten Gäste wurde nur minimale Nothilfe angeboten. 1 Aufzug (von insgesamt 2) nicht im Betrieb.

Das Früchstück war ok. Sehr Zentral gelegen.

Das Bad, Badewanne mit Dusche und man steht in der der Schrägen, so das die Duschwand nichts bringt und das Bad nach dem Duschen schwimmt. Nur ein Fahrstuhl in betrieb. Der Preis.

Waren jetzt schon sehr oft in diesem Hotel. Es gibt bezüglich der guten Lage kein anderes vergleichbares Hotel in Voerde.

Leider mussten wir in den letzten Jahren feststellen, dass keinerlei Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Bei unserem aktuellen Besuch waren bedauerlicherweise beide Aufzüge außer Betrieb. Einer dieser Aufzüge ist bereits seit über einem Jahr stillgelegt, was die Barrierefreiheit erheblich beeinträchtigt. Eine dringende Renovierung ist hier unumgänglich.
