Die Mitarbeiter waren kulant und freundlich. Das Zimmer war ruhig und geräumig.

Der Aufzug ließ sich vielfach nicht ins Erdgeschoss rufen und es musste ein Umweg über den Keller gemacht werden. Leider fehlte im Bad eine Dichtung an der Dusche und man verursachte beim Duschen unweigerlich einen großen See im Bad. Insgesamt ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt etwas lieblos. OBACHT! es sind keine Hunde im Hotel erlaubt, obwohl ”Haustiere erlaubt” angegeben ist.

Nahe am Wasserschloss Voerde gelegen, gute Anbindung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war klein aber fein, alles ausreichend vorhanden.

Sanitäre Anlagen wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt, Betten wurden gemacht, Frühstück war ausgezeichnet

Die Endkappe am Föhn hat gefehlt und die Dusche war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig
