Breakfast was not supplied

The room supplied for free tea and coffee did not have a water supply and had to fill jug from our room. jug would not fit under tap. We had to supply our own breakfast as did not want to go to restaurants near by as opened after 8am on Saturday and were closed on Sunday

The staff where awesome

I paid $170 a night for a bed,and had to shear the facilities,tea and coffe where in a dining area and the milk was off, tv didn't go because it had no crom card got it shorted on the lastnight I stayed 5 nights What toped it off that other people payed $90 a night for the same room. This was booked through booking.com 😬

great location

TV didn't work

The owners have done a lot of work to make this a comfortable and welcoming destination. The rooms were clearly upgraded and while the location was along a main road, it quieted down at night and road noise was not a problem. The restaurant downstairs was top-notch with excellent and tasty meals.

While the rooms were great, the showers clearly could use some attention. The drain in the shower was clogged and I had to cut my shower short to avoid accidentally causing a flood.

Location is superb
