"Exceptional"

Location, staff were friendly and helpful, food was great quality, we stayed in suite and loads of room with lovely views to Whitby one side and the moors the other side. Bus stop just few steps up the road which we used to go to Whitby not having to worry about car parks.

"Everything was perfect."

Lovely location. Lovely building/pub. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Spotlessly clean. Evening meal lovely.

There was noting that we could say we did not like.

"It was OK but the little things like the TV should need rectifying"

We didn't have breakfast we had to be away at 8am.. Also on their website it doesn't mention breakfast times,

A bigger TV in room. Also at certain times of day morning afternoon the tvs reception kept breaking up, although in the evening it was OK.

Absolutely amazing and attentive staff, breakfast was amazing, and Whitby was just a short drive/taxi away. Perfectly located for sightseeing waterfalls etc…
