We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind - she made sure everything was perfect and our time there felt really special :)

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, jeden Tag waren wechselnde Mallorquinische / Spanische Spezialitäten angeboten - süß und pikant. Die Zimmer waren entsprechend einem alten gut gepflegten Stadthaus mit schönem Innenhof mit landestypischem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Die Lage in der verkehrsberuhigten Innenstadt war ideal für uns und nahe von ausgezeichneten Restaurants. Hervorzuheben sind die warmherzige Art und die gegebenen Informationen von Frau Speer.

Perfectly situated in the heart of the old town. The inner court was beautiful and very calm. Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was great as well and very welcoming.

L’originalité du lieu, le charme

Le bruit avec la chambre qui donne sur la rue. Absence de climatisation (hors d’usage).

Nous avons adoré cette maison et nous, parfaitement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d’authenticité ! Chaque détail est là ! Magnifique patio qui fait penser à l’Andalousie, ou l’on peut prendre un superbe petit déjeuner au son de la petite fontaine .

The breakfasts were excellent. They were varied and in good quantity. The personnel was helpful and friendly

Our room was on the second floor on the side of the street which was at times a bit noisy. But we were there at the moment of the Féria, a more noisy occasion.

Eine sehr charmante Unterkunft, die zentral in der Altstadt gelegen ist. Die Inhaberin und auch das Personal sind unglaublich freundlich. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Früchten,… Es gibt immer frischen Orangensaft und sogar Eierspeisen werden nach eigener Wahl frisch zubereitet.

The property is a house in the middle of the historical centre, beautifully repurposed and kept. The classic furniture gives a distinct sense of timeless originality. The court yard is the charming setting for the really good breakfast. The host and her staff are all very responsive and attentive.

Nothing to do with the property itself, however being in the middle of the historical centre, there can be some noise coming from the street. Which is a fair trade, considering the very comfortable location that allows to stroll in the beautiful little street of the heart of Alcudia without any worry at any time of the day.
