Personnel à l'accueil très agréable et compréhensif. Suite à une erreur de réservation de ma part (concernant l'âge des enfants), la personne à l'accueil m'a gentiment proposé une chambre adaptée moyennant un tout petit supplément, ce qui a sauvé notre nuit!
