Poor staff response. Poor cleanliness, great noise in fan. Couldn’t sleep due to fan noise. Untrained staff at counter. Rang the bell at 12:30 mid night without any reason. Floor at which room was situated was under construction and in very shabby shape.

Great courtesy Warm staff and care

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Ideal location for a break on a road trip. The restaurant serves only vegetarian food and doesn't serve liquor. But the dinner was excellent. The staff is very responsive and polite. Large comfortable room with a good washroom.

They should install a lift as the rooms are accessible after climbing stairs.

Spacious and well decorated room with old colonial look, good location for highway travellers, value for money

Air Conditioning needs to be improved to cater to the large room size
