Many times during 5 years I choose this hotel and has no any issues with staying. Everything is good: staff, location, rooms, breakfast, check-in/out. Everything. Тhe level of service remains unchanged, which is uncharacteristic of many hotels in Kazakhstan

Номер побитый жизнью, отсутствие элементарных вещей, вроде халата/достаточного количества вешалок/ванных принадлежностей, скудный однотипный завтрак, расположение отеля. Не соответствует качество установленной цене.
