Mancanza colazione ma caffè solubile e zucchero ogni giorno, cambio asciugamani puliti

Centrally located to restaurants, lagoon, and laundry facilities.

The king size bedroom I booked was too hot due to a faulty air conditioner. The replacement bedroom was better but the bed was too small. The second night was better but the shower was too hot and weak water pressure. Breakfast was not available and hotel appeared empty. The reception desk was friendly and did her best to help. The hotel needs maintenance and better service for the price charged.

Un excellent hôtel pour plusieurs raisons : 1) la gentillesse du personnel qui fait tout pour nous rendre service et faire de notre séjour un bon moment. Je pense notamment a Jessie qui a ete adorable avec moi tout du long de mon séjour. 2) ma chambre (la chambre 12) était jolie, bien équipée et d'une propreté exemplaire 3) l'emplacement : l'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme tout en étant proche du centre de Bacalar. De plus l''hôtel est a côté du rare ponton totalement gratuit (le balneario municipal el aserradero)
