Indiana Beach Apartments

I loved the hospitality. The food was great .We enjoyed our breakfast while watching the sea.The restaurant has a pleasant ambience .The outdoor pool looks great, though we didn't get time to use it.

The rooms cleanliness was a turn-off.Could be improved, especially the stained sheets and bathroom.Kindly provide slippers in the room - they were missing.I guess my room was 405 on the second floor if my mind served me right

Very tired accommodation badly in need of refurbishment. Only one towel provided for a double room

Location was ok. Walking distance to beach. Around 10 mins drive to main shopping areas. Staff were quite friendly

Rooms were very outdated. All rooms really in desperate need of renovation. Mattress on beds were not comfortable. I never slept for most of the holiday due to infestation of mosquito. Nets around the beds had holes in. Facilities in the kitchen area ie toaster kettle etc never existed.Even when they moved rooms for me tv not working. Air con so outdated it never had a remote or kept the room cool. For the first time ever during my vacation I had to report to booking.com

The location and the nature.

Nothing. All was good except some stuff needs to be renovated. The furniture looks a bit old.

My room was changed to a hotel room and not an apartment - which was very poor.

Salt water plumbing / all water Mosquitoes and no insect repellent or effective netting on windows Dirty kitchen with no functioning apparatus for cooking or boiling water All linen damp from being washed in salt water. Staff tried to help but many things were beyond them.

Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Good security

Wifi was not good in the room. The towels are off colour. Location of the air conditioner dangerous hit me on the head. When on the warm air recirculates back to the room through the bathroom so negates colling unless you close the bathroom door.
