La ubicación y la atención de la recepción.

Poco aseado, mucho olor a humedad, sábanas sucias, el baño no tenía jabón para lavarse las manos, tampoco había jabón de baño, la cama tenía un olor poco aseado. No reciben pago con tarjeta y antes de llegar no me avisaron, tuve que salir y retirar en un cajero para pagar en efectivo. El aseo de la habitación muy mal.

"Pésimo servicio. Me dejaron sin hotel, sin habitación."

Hice mi reserva el domingo, para el día jueves, el mismo jueves a las 9am hablé con los encargados confirmando mi reserva. Llego al hotel en horas de la noche y me dicen que no hay disponibilidad. No dan respuesta, no dan solución.
