Hotel Villa Real

It is very close to everything, walking distance to museums, Montserrate, shopping centres, old centre, restaurants, etc. The staff, security and cleaners are very respectful and helpful.

The room was well equipped and spacious and the bathroom was small but okay. The staff was very friendly. I can recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The room had no window or daylight. Our room was located right behind the reception and a garage. The mornings were very noisy! The hotel is located in a tolerance zone so please be careful in this area by night. We didn’t have any problems, but we also were careful and didn’t walk outside at night.

The facilities were decent.

Thieves! Hotel Staff are thieves!! They went in my room in the middle of the afternoon when I left when I specifically told them not to and they "cleaned" my room and stole my backup phone.

Is near to the main places, like the museum's gold and another.

It's say 3 stars, but really isn't so many things to improve.
