Nice quiet location, can be tricky lot find if you don’t know or ask, staff extremely helpful, beach front not to far away and near two small local stores and small canteen, Ideal place if your on a budget, do be advised if your not use to the Philippine way of bathing, customs and living then this might not be the place for you

It's very close to the beach and the importont things.

The air conditioning and the rooms are quite rundown. They are in need of renovation.

"The staff was responsive to my messages prior to my arrival. Good location. Basic yet nice room."

The room is basic yet nice. There are 3 toilets, but only 2 have a shower out of which only 1 has hot water. There is a cold/hot water dispenser in the common area. They provide beach towels. The staff was responsive to my messages before my arrival in order to organize my stay.

The air conditioning was very noisy: indeed I did not use it because too loud and actually no need, but I could hear it from the room next to me and I don’t know how that guy could sleep with that noise. The price could have been cheaper. I struggled with cash because of the environmental tax which caused me to renounce to an “underwater walk” (popular activity in Boracay). The corals were indeed at swimming distance from the shore so I just swam to there for free, but I was very upset and put in trouble by the eco-taxes. HINT 1: to move between the jetty and the hostel in Boracay ask for a “regular” car which is much cheaper than the individual tricycles (called “special”) and go on foot to the airport because it is at walking distance. HINT 2: go to side and poorly lit streets to find hawkers which sell food to locals at the fair price which is a small fraction of what you pay in the touristic places. HINT 3: visit the Ati village which conquered my hearth and I stand with them.
