Very small room, and very hot, the conditionier doesnt work properlly..Very hot at night...

Everything. The staff is very rude. The girl at the front desk is frowning. I inquired about my rate because I wasn't able to use 1 night of stay, but the staff justified immediately that there was no way I can recover the money even if I didn't use it because "the system" doesn't allow it. I asked her to explain to me the system, then that's when was giving me faces. To get to the location, you need to cross a very tiny road, no street lights, and with lots of potty holes. In the room, there's an awkward window that feels like anyone can peek at you anytime. I had to cover it with a towel. When I was ready and about to sleep, I can hear the other people in the neighboring rooms. I also woke up to that noise because people were already talking in the common area. Upon waking up, I inquired the frowning staff girl how much will it cost to extend because I have a lot of things and it's a hassle for me to keep moving. She told me that the rate should be the same as Booking.com. But I also asked, shouldn't it be different because of the online fees? She got disappointed and frowned again and told me that the "system" is automatic. I don't think she knows the system that's why she keeps bringing it up. It's an easy excuse to get away with everything. Too incompetent. The worst experience I had for the past 7 years of using Booking.com and traveling across so many places in Southeast Asia. This is the first time I'm writing a review like this. Avoid this property at all costs!

I had a truly great time, mainly thanks to the very friendly and accommodating staff. I stayed there for a week and didn't feel like leaving the place :)
