The room was lovely very clean, with ac and hot water in the shower. The owner was the nicest woman helped us with everything. There’s a kitchen in the lowest floor that you can use. I definitely recommend this hotel

We went on vacation for 2 days. The windows faced the road, and there was a pack of dogs near the hotel that barked all night, keeping us awake. When the windows were closed, the room became stuffy, and it was hard to breathe, even with the air conditioner on. As a result, we planned to rest for 2 days in Borjomi but ended up leaving without sleep and in a bad mood. Additionally, there is a soccer field opposite the hotel where children play until 11-12 at night. Keep this in mind as well.
