- Schöne, große Wohnung mit großem Balkon mit super Aussicht - ruhig und sauber - Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus und in Carport - schöne Lage oberhalb von Kaltern, leicht zu erreichen, - hilfsbereiter Service

- Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein (z.B. Schüsseln aus Porzellan statt aus Plastik, Schere, Spülmittel nicht erst auf Anfrage) - Liegen am Pool nicht einheitlich und sehr abgenutzt (teilweise durchgelegen, sehr tief, abgenutzte, teils nicht passende Auflagen)

Komfortable Zimmer, schöne Frühstücksterrasse.

Fahrradkellerraum sehr, sehr klein und eng, Zugang und Zufahrt zum Keller unpraktisch.
