Aparthotel Malga

Lage eigentlich schon toll ich dachte allerdings nicht so steil hinauf.

Pool Reinigung sah ich während unseres Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal ,Schmutz am Boden da hätte schonmal ein Reinigungsgerät fahren dürfen.

The facilities were fantastic. The apartment we stayed in had the most incredible view across the mountains and vineyards! It was an extremely relaxing environment. We used the massage jacuzzi which was nice and the sauna was lovely - we went every day! The staff were nice and the parking was very convenient. We were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

The pillows on the bed were very flat/soft - everyone has their preference I suppose. It's not a negative, but just for people to be aware of, that the hotel is at the top of a reasonably steep road, in case you're walking/cycling. However - you're in the mountains, so it's to be expected!

It´s a quiet place at the forest with a great view of the valley. The apparments are comfortable and clean. Parking is no problem. You even have perfect options for public transportation. The panoramic sauna is great.

If you really search for something negative it is only the fountain in the garden which seems a little bit noisy. But this is absolutely tolerable and prevents the absolute quietness.

The room was unexpectedly large, modern, and stylishly furnished. The view across the mountain range is exceptional. The breakfast is served on the open plan terrace in good weather (we were lucky) and breakfast options are varied and tasty. The booking included a guest card which allows free travel on all public transport, including cable cars. Perfect. It's a bit of a walk to Kaltern - Dorf: 20 minutes downhill, 30 minutes uphill. Five very steep minutes away from the Mendelbahn. We were aware though and quite enjoyed the exercise. Lovely outdoor pool & we were lucky enough to find it open in early October. The Malga Team is super friendly and very accommodating.

Very minor point that the light in the separate toilet doesn't appear to work independently, so if one switches the lights on in the otherwise open plan bathroom during the night, one illuminates the rest of the room, too.
