MIDMOST C22 Apartment

This is my second stay at this place and it’s been really good again. The room is big, bright and clean. Very comfortable bed. The washing machine on the floor is handy. Nice area with shops, cafés and restaurants. Nightmarket at the riverside is about 20 minutes walk or five minutes in a taxi. It’s also within easy reach of the university area. I fell ill during my stay and had to extend and staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.

The apartment was pretty comfortable. The bed was nice and big, and the sofa seating was a nice touch. It came with a mini kitchen, which I did not use but could be useful for some. The bathroom was spacious, had good water pressure, and was well maintained. The Balcony came in handy to dry my running clothes. My favorite thing overall was the location, it was right next to the park/square, and within 10 min walk down to the Can Tho Market, which had lots of shops, places to eat, and walking areas.

There was nothing really I disliked, maybe the paint color was a bit dated but that's mainly cosmetic.

This place exceeded all our expectations! The host was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The level of care and attention to detail was truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

the bathroom looked great but there was almost no room to place your cosmetics and toileteries. I suggest a couple of extra shelves above and below the sockets next to the wash basin. That would be a great improvement.

Excellent location, great big comfortable beds, nice bathroom, kitchenette (which I didn't use) and a small patio. The staff is very helpful and arranged scooters rental for us, kept in 24 hours security garage. Good value for money.

Good location. Big room (40m2). The bed was amazing (very comfortable - firm mattress). It was clean. Good staff - responsive and good and quick communication.

A bit inconvenient if you have to go out for early tours (floating market at 5am) and if you come back a bit late (after 10pm). Because the door of the building is closed and you have to wake up the security guard which I feel bad but he was very nice and smiley each time he opened the door even at 4am.

Quiet area

street flooded in heavy rain.......cleared in about 2 hours.
