Great breakfast, lots of choice. The option to have diner at the hotel.

Breakfast starts at 07:30 hrs, if this could be 15 minutes earlier, it is easier to catch the skibus of 08:22.

Trudno powiedzieć

1. Skibus. Przeczytane opinie były pozytywne, ale po pierwsze: skibus jest dodatkowo płatny. Po drugie: o miejsce w pierwszych 2 skibusach (8:02 i 8:22) trzeba walczyć. Sporo osób nie wsiada bo skibus jest za mały 2. Kolejka. Najpierw tracisz 40 minut żeby wsiąść do skibusa a gdy dojedziesz do wagonika - tracisz kolejne 30 minut w kolejce. Masakra! 3. Obsługa. Kelnerka w restauracji nie potrafiła otworzyć butelki wina 4. Bar. Udaje bar ale w ofercie nie ma prostych drinków (np. Negroni). Występują też braki w zaopatrzeniu (np. skończyło się piwo) 5. Śniadania. Mały wybór, kolejki do ekspresu do kawy. Pewnego dnia zabrakło masła - od obsługi usłyszeliśmy „no butter today” 6. Do skibusa trzeba podejść ale nikt nie odśnieża. Załączę foto jeśli dam radę 7. Kolacje. Hotel ma aspiracje ale ambicje wyraźnie przekraczają możliwości jeśli chodzi o jakość jedzenia i obsługi 8. Pokoje / łazienki. Warunki są dość prymitywne. Prysznic to miejsce z płachtą materiału dookoła (kurtyna). 9. Narciarnia to dramat. W każdym innym hotelu lub pensjonacie w okolicy w ostatnich latach mieliśmy suszarki do butów (nawiew wewnątrz). W Santa Maria ad Nives są jedynie kołki i buty nie schną. Jeździmy w okolice Val Gardeny co rok od 2016 i pobyt w Santa Maria ad Nives był najgorszym dotychczas. Dbałość o klientów jest słaba. Załączone zdjęcie pokazuje schody do skibusa - nieodśnieżone… Nie polecamy!

"Hotel godny polecenia, fajne miejsce do wypoczynku, blisko wyciągu i przystanku skibusa."

w hotelu pyszne śniadania, regionalne wędliny i przepyszne croissanty, pokoje codziennie sprzątane, ręczniki wymieniane, a w połowie tygodnia wymieniana pościel, obsługa bardzo miła i życzliwa,

brak czajnika do zrobienia kawki, albo herbatki w pokoju, na śniadaniu przydałby się jeszcze jeden ekspres do kawy, żeby rozładować kolejkę :)
