Loft NASS Atahualpa

En general el hotel cuenta con un ubicación excelente y la habitación estuvo cómoda y limpia. Por otra parte, las toallas personales deberían ser de mejor calidad y cuidado.

The stuff is rude. The trash infront of our room with awful smell was there when we arrived and when we left. Morning wake up so you move your vehicle. Breakfast veery poor with very old eggs and bread, We didnt eat it. 11:45pm the stuff is having discussion infront of our door and cleaning something. We couldnt leave untill they checked the room I just didnt understand what is it to do, they dont even have a night lamp. Overall impossible to sleep overthere. The worst stay in Cuenca.

I made a reservation for my parents , when they arrived to the hotel , the front lady told them she could not find the reservation. I provided her the reservation number and the confirmation from Expedia. She claimed Expedia never notified the hotel about the resection made online. She blamed the app. After insisting that I made the reservation, she magically found it, however there were no more Rooms available. She offered my parents other rooms from their own chain of hotels a few blocks away. My parents took the room since they have no choice. The hotel was not the same category as reserved. It was old and humid. Same experience as other guess from last year if you read the reviews. Thanks

LO MALO ES EL AL MOMENTO DEL DESAYUNO POCAS MESAS NO LIMPIABAN ENSEGUIDA ES DECIR NO RECOGIAN LOS PLATOS, TENIAS QUE DESAYUNAR CON LOS PLATOS SUCIOS DE LOS OTROS HUESPEDES, NO TENIAN ABASTECIDO, COMO QUE LES DABA PENA QUE SE LE TERMINABAN LAS COSAS O SEA UN DESAYUNO TAN POBRE NO GASTAS MUCHO NO SE LA MANERA DE NO TENER ABASTECIDO Y ESO MEJORAN FUERA UN EXCELENTE HOTEL

No pudimos alojarnos en el hotel que había reservado por 3 habitaciones porque no "encontraban" mí reserva. Luego la encontraron pero no tenían habitaciones disponibles en el NASS Atahualpa, por lo que nos "encontraron" 3 habitaciones en otro hotel de la misma cadena pero de mas baja calidad NASS Garden. Habitaciones viejas, olor a humedad, no habian cortinas en las ventanas. Habian partes del baño que estaban sucias. El personal atento sin mas. Nos guardaron las valijas hasta la hora de ir por el aeropuerto. Pero no lo recomiendo porque pagué por algo mas caro y me dieron un servicio inferior

While I was sleeping on Friday, October 6 at exactly 2:55 AM, my IPhone and my IWatch which were connected to the charger, were disconnected and stolen while I was sleeping. It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my lifetime.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel didn’t even offer me to pay me for the stolen electronics. The hotel is poorly managed and definitely NOT secure. I am sorry I stayed there and would not recommend this hotel to anyone..!
