Vị trí trung tâm, gần sát khu hoà bình nên di chuyển dễ dàng, có thể đi bộ ra chợ, rất tiện. Bạn nam nhân viên rất dễ thương, lúc nào ra cũng đẩy xe hộ. Chủ cho mình nhận phòng sớm khi trống phòng. Sáng sủa, đông đúc nên cảm giác không sợ ma

Do ở tầng 1 nên khá ồn ào, giường khá lún. Mọi người ngủ giường lò xo k quen sẽ đau hết cả người. Phòng hơi bé, do trung tâm, nói chung cũng ổn. Phòng bé như khách sạn Nhật =))) gợi lại kỉ niệm ở Nhật. Xe trung chuyển k vào được Tăng Bạt Hổ nên phải đi bộ vào xíu
