We came room was dirty, they took 1680 rupees apart from what was shown in booking.com. Red ants bit my child. Filth n stinky rooms.pictures are not in real what we experienced. Mosquitoes , coxkroach Nad small insects that sit on food n fruits. I vacated in next 3 hrs around 9 p.30 pm along with my kid n family. Booked new hotel. Requesting Mr. Sourav not to cheat us or next who spend money n come to your hotel. Very hard to digest being a working women we have stress n we had to face such issues n challenges I should vacate room

Booked a stay for 2 nights 2 rooms and this place was reviewed at 9.1 excellent at booking.com which is misleading false and ridiculous. I trusted the reviews on Booking.com and came here for a late check in. See photos. This is not Hotel O as advertised, it is operating under a different name Nimalan. Unclean Unhygenic Smell of cigarettes Cig tips everywhere Bed bugs Hairs and knits on sheets They did not have any clean sheets to change either Floors were dirty Rude front desk staff who dont speak tamil in chennai Difficult to converse with them, they were wearing shorts and ugly tops. They refused to provide me a bill for the amount I paid and when opened the room see photos everything is filthy. No toiletries or clean sheets or towels. It was raining and very late check in with 8 large suitcases as we were flying out to London, couldn't even get to another hotel at midnight. Booking.com tells me to speak to the property, property manager over the phone says property managed in such a state by OYO and no one takes responsibilities. Shame on you OYO and Booking.com for selling such places. I need refund as the stay was uncomfortable unclean unhygienic, which are basic humane requirements. They refused to give me receipt. When I demanded the receipt and complained about the cleanliness they asked me to cancel and get out at 1 am qoth my children and 8 suitcases.
