The property is close to a mosque, museum and a night market।

Their checkout time. We checked in late around 8.pm, with a toddler, and as usual most of the properties have checkout at 12, but this property has checkout at 10.am what we noticed next day in the morning, and it's not easy to checkout that time with a toddler and we checked out a bit late and I believe that made the receptionist upset. we were observing the face of the receptionist was rude and obviously not welcoming at all.

Satun is a very small town but if you are wanting to stay this place is perfect

No lift

The room was clean and spacious, featuring a large balcony, as well as a convenient in-room fridge and hair dryer. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent local insights. The location is ideal—just a short walk to various restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and directly opposite Starbucks. Additionally, the night market and museum are less than 10 minutes away. It is also about 10 km from Tummalang Pier, which offers access to Langkawi, Malaysia.

The windows are quite thin, so I can hear everything at night. The guesthouse is located on the main road, and even though it’s a small and quiet town, there are still some teenagers riding around at night.

Quiet, comfortable, very clean and spacious rooms. Close to great restaurants and night market too. exactly what we needed to rest and enjoy Satun. Very nice owner. And a good price. And we loved watching the Songkran parade from the balcony!
