Staff were very friendly and helpful

The matress was old and you could feel the springs when lying on it

Good value for the money. Descent place to stay a night or two before catching a ferry to Malaysia or one of the islands. Walking distance to the night market. Excellent coffee shop & restaurant next door.

This is no a negative but just want to point out that this is basically a self serve hotel. Only saw staff on check in and check out.

Great friendly staff in a quiet hotel .... except for the emergency ambulances going past in the day. Clean room with excellent air conditioning. Excellent restaurant next door as well. Some distance from the bus station but with a 7-11 just across the road.

Noisy ambulances during the daytime.

The staff were lovely, helping me to book my onward travel and very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Good location, right in the centre and within walking distance to the night market.

The noise from the road was bad! I know the hotel cant do anything about it but it was all night. You will need a scooter and there are very few places to rent one. There is very little to do
