"need to improve cleanings more and assure that people feel pleasant when visit need to improve interior in the hotel"

"I stayed there just for 5 minutes. It was a Night mare! Horrible!"

Nothing. Everything was awful

The manager was so rude since I booked the room through booking.com after enquired the price directly from him. The room was filthy with squalid toilet and disgusting stained bedding. I couldn’t breathe in that room so I checked out immediately. I didn’t stay in that hotel at all. But he refused to return at least 1 night money since I booked through booking. Com. I paid 2 nights money but without staying there. Moreover, the manager was so rude and refused to help to bring my luggage from upstairs even after collecting 2 nights money. The worst experience I ever had in my whole travel experience.

The app didn’t show the full extent of the demand, and the room was a third-class one. I would never recommend it to anyone who’s decent. He recommended cancelling and booking private, I was forced to leave and stay in a nearby decent residency named Prince which was 1000 times better
