Recently updated with very comfortable accommodations. Location was fantastic for visiting the Highlands and the restaurant located in the hotel was fantastic not only for breakfast which was included but we also had dinner there one night and the food was delicious!

Location was good

Facilities in the room itself, no TV, no chair to sit on, walls paper thin could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms.

Stunning location, lovely comfortable room. We ate in the hotel both evenings and the food was exceptional! Staff were great even when the evenings were so busy!

A couple of little bits: there were holes in our towels, the hot tap was cracked and dripped. Not that we would have used it but other customers might want/expect a TV in their room for the evenings.

The breakfast!

Evening meals good, bar reasonable. Locals gave the bar a lively atmosphere. Breakfast was ok. 2 rooms both ok but showers were difficult to get out of and in 1 room the door was warped and difficult to shut and lock. Views excellant, quiet location, easy parking

The public areas, stairs, corridors and public toilets downstairs all need some TLC

Good food & clean well decorated rooms.

No facilities for the money. No TV, no radio, no clock, no full mirror, no iron. Simple tea & coffee facilities but not enough milk. That’s all you got. Really basic for the money. Rooms were very small. Bathroom tiny with a broken tap surround that also dropped. I booked nearly a year in advance & booked a room with view of the loch…… a big stretch of the imagination. If you looked round the corner between the buildings you could see a small view, but not a lot. I expected to be have a view straight out of the window, not look round the corner. Room numbers were just a piece of paper, hand written & stuck on the door. Cheap plastic room key fob that you get free from anywhere. We spent the previous night in a lovely hotel with large rooms & every facility possible for less than half the money.
