Location Natural Lighting in the room Food order from Zomato Regular cleaning

The cleaning staff was a bit less professional, Kept knocking continuously. More politeness in conversation was expected. We have to ask several times to get our daily refill of coffee, tea and toiletries. No water bottle is provided, water refill was done using a normal jar, i.e. unsealed water.

Polite Behaviour and good service from staff.

Utensils were not so cleaned. Gas service stopped in morning for 3 hours. Later it came. Bedsheets were changed only after requesting.But Hotel Manager was helpful.
