Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally request a full refund due to the unacceptable conditions I experienced during my stay at your establishment. The lift was not working to my floor, which caused significant inconvenience. In addition, the air conditioning was not functioning, there was no fridge or microwave as expected, and there was no water available during my stay. Furthermore, the furniture was extremely old and in poor condition. There was excessive noise throughout the night, making it very difficult for me to sleep properly. To make matters worse, only one tissue was provided. Overall, the accommodation fell far below acceptable standards and did not meet reasonable expectations. I therefore request a full refund of the amount paid. I trust this matter will be resolved urgently and amicably. Kind regards, Terrence
