"Beautiful property, but not worth the money"

The property is very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It’s very isolated and the dining options on the property are limited. The beds were not comfortable as there two single beds connected with a mattress topper. The bathroom was very outdated. The gym didn’t have a lot of equipment, and the AC was not working. Also surprised that they didn’t have any wine tasting or tours on the property. The wifi didn’t work in the rooms and only in certain parts of the common areas, close to the main building.

"A very special place"

Genuine 5 star hotel experience as good as we have experienced anywhere in the world.

The restaurant menus could have had daily specials to increase the variety on offer but any criticism seems unfair in the context of the whole.

the stunning views, our room was beautiful, breakfast was great

the fine dining restaurant wasn’t that great. was disappointing and we couldn’t get any spa treatments at all.
