Un pò piccola ma per il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente, estremamente funzionale. Non è romantica ma perfetta per noi che cercavamo un posto comodo vicino al circuito Corri Nei Borghi

Bagno un pò claustrofobico, ma ci si abitua. La doccia allagava sistematicamente il bagno che non aveva finestre nè antibagno. Ma ripeto, è estremamente funzionale e soprattutto il proprietario simpaticissimo e stra disponibile.

Servizi minimi, senza climatizzatore. Bagno esterno, con infissi obsoleti. Posizione su strada molto battuta fin dalle prime ore del mattino, fino all'ora di chiusura della ztl. Costo basso uguale bassa qualità.
