Gasthaus Platten

Fantastic views over the town, countryside and lake. Excellent breakfast sitting on the terrace with all the above views. Having the pool was very welcome after a hot day out, also with all the views.

The drive up to the hotel on a narrow, hairpin bend road may not suit those unused to such driving.

Das Zimmer war recht klein zusammen mit unserem Hund, der (extra im Internet recherchierte Wanderweg vom Hotel, der nötig gewesen wäre für Hundegänge) war gesperrt und die Straße halbwegs lebensgefährlich mit Hund, da eng und schmal und Autos zu schnell gefahren, die Kosten für den Hund mit 20,00 CHF zu teuer, da es keinerlei Service für den Hund gab (kein Napf oder irgendwas, was in anderen Hotels, in die man mit Hund reist, üblich ist.

Boutique hotel. What ana amazing view. Very nice people and great place. The most peaceful place on our stay and the greatest views.

Everything was great. Just connectivity via bus from top to bottom of hill was not great if u r not using a car. But they even picked us up a couple of times so wasn't an issue.

The location was very beautiful. The room was clean and adequate for 2 nights. The breakfast was good.

Was uninformed that it was “off-season” in the middle of May, so was disappointed the pool was closed. The building smelled like cigarettes, luckily the room didn’t.
