Hotel Emma West

Locația a fost foarte bună din punctul nostru de vedere. Un hotel foarte curat. La restaurant mâncare bună din produse proaspete.

#In cameră strâmt locul la birou . Greu de trecut prin spatele scaunului amplasat la birou când o persoană lucrează la laptop. ## Un miros cam intens și ușor deranjat de deodorant de mochetă sau ...altceva.

It was waaay too hot (even though I turned off the heating) and could not open the windows (there was no window in the room). I don't understand how you can be a 4* hotel without windows in the room. And no AC.

good location near the main tram line and a mall. parking available on site. great water pressure and fast hot water. stable internet.

Honestly, I still don’t understand how this hotel has a 4-star rating. Based on my experience, it barely deserves even one. The room felt worn out — old furniture and a general sense that nothing has been updated in years. The heating couldn’t be adjusted, so it was either too hot or I had to open the windows. There were no basic amenities like a kettle or any coffee/tea facilities in the room. The bathroom also deserves a mention — the fixtures and toilet are clearly outdated and unpleasant to use. Overall, a very disappointing stay. It did not meet expectations of a 4-star hotel at all.
