La habitación tiene un ventanal enorme con unas vistas privilegiadas. El personal fue muy atento y considerado.

La cama en general era muy incómoda y dura. La almohada ( en particular ) estaba en muy mal estado ( desecha, ultra-fina...), no había manera de colocarla en alguna posición para que resultase más cómoda.

Nous sommes arrivés vers. 19h d’un long voyage Personne a l’accueil nous avons attendu 30 minutes avant de pouvoir rentrer dans la chambre

Le bruit de la route et le personnel masculin très désinvolte

Payer deux fois une chambre et que la carte d'accès ne fonctionne pas. Effectivement j'ai réservé et payé par Booking puis sur place j'ai repayé pour la chambre. Les horaires d'accueil s'arrête à 23h et pas 23h30. Je suis arrivé à 23h05. Heureusement mon accompagnant a eu plus de chance et j'ai dormi dans sa chambre.
