Amazing staff, incredible facilities, beautiful architecture. I’ve stayed in good hotels but this is probably the best.

This hotel is currently rated at 9.2 as of this review and I believe it had 4-5 stars when I booked it? Don’t get me wrong, it was very pleasant, clean and comfy, but personally, I would rate it at 3-3.5. First of all, when you arrive to it down a narrow alley, you wonder, “what have I booked?” Then when you go inside the nice wooden outer doors, things look a lot better! The pool is clean, but the Spa was not opened (although there are two directly across the street, albeit a bit “sketchy” in appearance). The staff is very friendly and do their best to accommodate, but they are young and maybe not extremely experienced? The breakfast was “ok”, but just that. I’m definitely not complaining, it was clean, quaint and comfortable, especially for the outstanding prices offered during my mid-September stay. The wi-fi was usually very quick, but the television selection for English viewers was lacking in channels (mostly Vietnamese, or Korean channels). Phone service was mainly good, but experienced some “weaker” areas of reception. There is a small convenience store across the alley and another around the corner (<5 min walk), but the money exchange merchant recommended by the hotel is about a 15 minute walk and you have to cross a VERY large and busy street to get to it! Plus it’s not open 24 hours, as was told (9-5?) Lastly, the town center and most of the large hotels ate about 1.5 - 2.0 miles away, but you can walk to many nearby restaurants, the beach and shops nearby this property, within 5-10 minutes. Neighborhood seemed safe to walk around at night and I personally had no problems at all. Oh yeah, there’s a really cool koi pond in the lobby area with HUGE, beautiful koi fish swimming around! Very cool! Again, don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice, clean place, but just a bit different than expected in terms of location and some amenities. Anyway, hope this helps.

I thought the breakfast was a bit lacking in variety and upkeep. Also, the location was not very attractive to my tastes.

Beautiful decor , large spacious room size and kitchenette . It is out of the busy part but quiet and a cheap grab to get anywhere

The pool is essentially under over or shaded which is good but also be nice to get some sun

В целом все в порядке. Но единственное что мне н п понравилось , я выселился в 13:30, с меня взяли оплату в 230 тысяч донгов. Я считаю это неадекватно , я всего на полтора часа задержался , та как собирал вещи. Вопрос не в деньгах, а просто испортилось все положительные эмоции о отели.
