"No me dieron la habitación por la que pague"

El hotel tiene personal muy amable y su cochera es muy espaciosa. Si vas con auto o camioneta hay suficiente espacio para el parqueo.

No me dieron la habitación contratada por Booking, me dijeron al llegar que ya estaban reservadas y que Booking no actualiza su información a tiempo. Me dieron dos habitaciones más económicas pero me cobraron como habitaciones superiores. A ello le sumo que luego, me cobraron más del precio que indicaba en Booking, indicando que debía pagar una comisión extra por contratar por la app de Booking. Entonces no solo me dieron dos habitaciones más económica que la contratada, sino que me cobraron como habitaciones superiores y además comisiones extra fuera de lo que indicaba Booking debía pagar. Finalmente, está bastante alejado de la Av principal y la plaza, las playas o centros comerciales, pero si vas con movilidad propia no será inconveniente, son de 7 a 10 min en vehículo a cualquier punto.
