Location and food quality. The breakfast spread was quite elaborate but vegetarian only.

Except for the Revenue Manager Priya, other staffs encountered in the hotel were too aggressive and cannot smile!!! Though none of them misbehaved, they somewhat follow a stereotyped advice of the management and so cannot deviate on some specific request. Because of my high fever I requested for just 1 hr late check-out, but the way the reception bargained and allowed 30 mins, shows he cannot do anything but follow the advice of his superiors. The bedsheet and pillow covers need to be changed.
