Nice, clean and comfortable room. Shared fully equipped kitchen. Water refill container. Very good shared space. Super nice guy at the reception. WiFi was pretty good.

Shower head was not good. The pool was out of order (but the weather was not very good so no such a deal). I don't recommend their laundry service. It was supposed to be done in 24 hours, but the delivery was late and I had to remind them twice. We waited only for our laundry to be done to leave. Plus the price is 20 MXN per kilo and some fee, which was not stated clearly in advance. For cca 3 kilos we were charged 150 MXN which seems to me like too much. Plus it was not folded nicely, some pieces were not folded at all. Plus one piece was returned dirty.

Nice stay in El Cuyo. We only stayed a couple of nights but made use of the communal kitchen which is a nice space. The room is simple but had all we needed.

The mosquitos but that can’t be avoided! The room and communal space have mosquito nets on the windows.

Very tranquil and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and very well located only 2-3 min walk from the beach and great selection of cafes and restaurants. The common kitchen was very practical and well equipped.

Due to lack of hot water, we decided to leave 1 day earlier Staff is rather absent and would take hours to reply to messages

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. The shared kitchen and dining room was nice with good facilities, and the well kept garden by the pool was a nice place to relax, as was the terrace seating on the first floor. The beach was just 5 mins walk away, and the center of town 10 mins walk with lots of cafes and restaurants to tempt you on the way.
