Hotel Unterfeldhaus

The hotel exceed for sure the expectations for a 3-star. The room is impeccable as the brand new bathroom with built-in radio. Comfortable matress and good pillow. The breakfast is an elegant bijoux with a great choice. The personnel is lovely. A hidden gem close to the exit of the A3, still very silent.

The breakfast and service was excellent.

Generally clean and there is a garage for parking behind the property. Breakfast was ok and lady who served breakfast was polite, friendly and helpful.

I arrived midnight at the hotel and was unsure of how to proceed. Called the staff via intercom and when I asked her about parking the 2nd time to clarify where to park, she practically hung up and since, she did not pick up my calls anymore. I was left at the door step to find my own way to the parking area which was not obvious to be found. This level of service is absolutely not acceptable. Room and bathroom were very small.

manager made me wait 40 minutes before she came to the Hotel to check me in and made me pay before I could see the room then put me in a very small room not matching the description that I booked. it was more like an uncomfortable student hostel but at a hotel price. really let the team down for German tourism.
